An end-to-end restaurant management platform designed to streamline every layer of daily operations — from front-of-house table management and order tracking to kitchen display workflows and end-of-day reporting. This project explored how thoughtful UX design can reduce operational friction in high-pressure hospitality environments, turning a fragmented set of tools into one cohesive, intuitive system built for the speed of real service.
